Union Street

Union Street is a mostly-residential street in Santa Cruz. In 1964, the Chestnut Street extension was constructed, extending the existing Chestnut Street up the hill to reach Mission Street across from the end of the 1956 Highway 1 beach bypass. In the process, Union Street was cut in two.
