Peters, Hettie J.

Hettie J. [Jeneva] Peters (nee Irish 1885-1982) owned a pair of apartment buildings, built in 1937 on Pine Place. She was the only child of H. E. Irish, and wife of Clay Edward Peters Sr. (1879-1922).
