E. C. Rittenhouse Building

The E. C. Rittenhouse Building was built at 101 Church Street in 2006, and at the corner of Pacific Avenue in Santa Cruz. The building replaced the Lucien Heath building and the Bernheim building 17 years after the two were demolished following the 1989 Loma Prieta earthquake.
