Clark, Hulbert H.

Hulbert H. Clark (1835-1916) was a Santa Cruz doctor and surgeon who had a house (still standing) built on King Street in 1889. Clark was elected County Coroner in 1894, and was elected Santa Cruz mayor in 1896 and 1897.
