Bias, Harry J.

Harry J. Bias, Sr. (1879-1941) was a Santa Cruz lawyer and a Santa Cruz Township judge from 1901-1923. In 1910, the family had a house built on California Street. Harry was apparently not related to grocer William H. Bias.
