Lorenzen, Lorenz

Lorenz Lorenzen (1820-1887) is described in Guinn as born in Denmark, coming to Davenport in the 1850s, where "he was a ships carpenter and as such owned the Lorenzen ship yard in Davenport, CA where he built two ships one completed in 1873, "The Undaunted" and the "R.B Handy" completed in 1876."
