William Henry Galbraith (1849-1927) was Santa Cruz County's representative to the California Assembly when Harrison's history was written in 1892, his 2nd term. Born in Vermont, he came to California/Santa Cruz in 1876 (Harrison is not clear on this - Find-a-Grave says Santa Cruz in 1881).
