Holy Cross Cemetery is actually two Catholic cemeteries in the Eastside neighborhood of Santa Cruz, associated with Holy Cross parish. The earliest remains are found at "Old Holy Cross Cemetery", and were relocated there from the Mission Santa Cruz churchyard when today's Holy Cross church was built in 1889. The newer part of the cemetery opened in 1943, a couple of blocks away.

This category also includes the Holy Cross church vault, where first pastor Hugh McNamee is interred.
