Watters, P. K.

Peter Kemp "P.K." Watters (1854-1930) is described in Guinn as born in Iowa, coming in 1893 to practice medicine in Watsonville. In 1897 he opened the Watsonville Sanatorium, said to be the first hospital in Watsonville.
