Sloan, Andrew Jackson

Andrew Jackson Sloan (1826-1865) became the "ghost of Arana Gulch", after his death from a gunshot wound. His sister was Sophia [Sloan] Harris, wife of hotelier Henry Harris. He was riding with brother-in-law John Towne when he was shot in a confrontation with 3 robbers.
