San Lorenzo Valley flume

The San Lorenzo flume was an elevated wooden waterway designed to carry milled lumber planks from Boulder Creek down to Felton, where they could be transferred to rail cars headed on to the "railroad" wharf at Santa Cruz, or to nearby finishing mills.
