Drullard, T. W.
Thompson W. "Thomas" Drullard (1849-1937) is described in Martin as born in Illinois, coming to California in 1871, where he studied dentistry in Stockton. Fifteen years later he came to practice dentistry in Santa Cruz. He was a 3-term mayor of Santa Cruz, first elected in 1906 to a 3-year term.
