Peter Tracy (d.1857 no local burial found), born in Ireland, was the first Santa Cruz County clerk/auditor/recorder in 1850. According to Rowland, he died in 1857. Tracy is mentioned in Harrison in connection with Henry Fell Parsons.

  • Bio in Riptide Centennial, CPL9
  • Son William Peter Tracy (1867-1938) is buried in Old Holy Cross Cemetery, so it's reasonable to assume that his father Peter is there also.
