The Trust Building was a 2-story brick structure, built by Len Poehlman in 1910 at the corner of Pacific Avenue and Soquel Avenue, and named in honor of his Trust in-laws. The building was demolished a few years after being evacuated because of damage from the 1989 Loma Prieta earthquake and a subsequent fire. The photo (SPCL collection) shows the building shortly after the earthquake.
