Salvator P. Fachutar (1858-1939) and wife Frances (1871-1946) built a musical-instrument sales-repair shop and residence on Walnut Avenue in 1927. The property was sold to the YWCA in 1944, and in 2023 is the Walnut Avenue Women's Center.
