Beechler, James
James Beechler (no local burial found) is described in Martin as born 1840 in Ohio, coming to Soquel in 1901, where he practiced medicine and established the White Cross Sanitarium "on the hill overlooking the village". Martin describes Beechler's quack theory about the cause of asthma.
