Henry Andrew (Andy) Trust (1825-1899) was a German immigrant who came to Santa Cruz in 1849, establishing a bakery on Front Street, at some point operating in partnership with fellow German immigrant William Vahlberg. The family had a home on what is now Lincoln Street. Son-in-law Len Poehlmann had the Trust Building constructed on Pacific Avenue in 1910.

Trust, his wife Christina, and son George were all Soc. of Pioneers members.
