Stephen Rianda (no local burial found) is described in Guinn as born 1849 in Switzerland, coming in 1882 to farm in the Pajaro Valley. Guinn states that Stephen's father Perry emigrated from Switzerland to the PV with Louis Martinelli in 1852, but returned to Switzerland in 1864. The "Hatch map" shows "A. Rianda" as a P.V. landowner - probably either a relative, or misspelling on the map or in Guinn.
