Len [Leonard August] Poehlman married Sarah Trust, daughter of baker Andy Trust. In 1910 Poehlman had a two-story brick commercial building constructed at the northeast corner of Pacific Avenue and Soquel Avenue, which was named the Trust Building in honor of Sarah's family. The building was demolished after the 1989 Loma Prieta earthquake.
